本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。因使用TreeNode产生的任何争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成时，可提交至适然科技所在地有管辖权的法院。

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from the use of TreeNode should be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiations fail, disputes may be submitted to the court with jurisdiction where Shiran Tech is located.
